Yeah, from my natural weight (if I go a few weeks lazing around, for example) I could probably gain about 8lbs within 4 weeks, but after that I see very little in terms of gains, no matter what I do. That's why once I've gained the 8lbs, I just train to keep fit so I can maintain the innitial gains and also become stupidly ripped. I honestly don't believe gaining huge amounts of muscle is healthy.
I'm different, I've been the same weight regardless of what I eat. Any junk food just doesn't add to my weight. Same with my healthy diet, same weight. I admit I'm looking to gain muscle, but I'm on a fighters exercise regime. So I have an excuse
