Don't get me wrong...he's very talented...but he NEEDS to sit for a while. Starting NOW. Have him watch Roy Carroll play...watch him lead us to a few wins...and see if that's the kickstart he needs. No time for sentiment or living on past glories, right? Or does that only apply to veteran players who have given this club and its supporters some of the greatest sporting moments of our lives? +30s on the club should have "competition" for their places or they're past it when we lose or draw...when we win...you can't get on the site fast enough to congratulate them and remember the glory days. Bunch of hypocrites.

The team is playing well enough to scrape those wins...and our keeper is pissing points away. How fast should I expect MrMarcello and the Blind Howard Supporters (BHS) to show up and defend the honour of the John O'Shea of goalkeeping. And Barthez made you nervous? FFS. One good season does not a career make. Time to get it done or sit the fuck down.

The team being built for the future is electric. How people can't see that and are questioning the "direction" the club is headed is beyond me. We're a half decent LW and an assertive DM away from being LOADED for the next 10 years. And those spots can be filled with options from within.

Those who expect league titles won by early September give themselves away to be the GHs and JCLs they try so desperately not to be called. Since it's all downhill from here and the season's over...I will gladly see the back of those of you who are throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Should make logging on here post-match a walk in the park. You won't be missed.
