Hope our fans get in and out of that shithole in a good state. Likewise the players.

Evra to grab a goal at the Kop also.

No doubt Liverpool fans will disgrace themselves by booing a player who was racially abused & spoke out about it.

I'm fecking nervous already. You just know they're going to raise their game to superhuman levels and run their socks off. Even more so after Kenny slagged them off after the Bolton game.

Nice to see they have City midweek while we get the week off. Could be key.

A draw should put the replay on the Wednesday the 8th of February... 3 days before we play them again at Old Trafford on the Saturday.

It would be hell for the rest of the season, that one extra game. Even if we won both the Replay and the League meeting, we have a hard run following and I imagine we will lose a game subsequently.

Come on!

This is a weird game because Liverpool are shit however against us they pull out the rafa shrines and they turn into the biggest game raising cnuts.

7 draws at home this year? Don't see why we can't do em over there. I'm going

2-1

Carroll Rooney x 2

Team should be....

GK: De Gea

RB: Rafael
CB: Smalling
CB: Evans
LB: Evra

RM: Valencia
CM: Carrick
CM: Park
CM: Scholes
LM: Welbeck

CF: Berbatov

Subs: Lindegaard, Fryers, Fabio, Giggs, Pogba, Rooney, Hernandez

1-1 or a defeat, play to the last 30 minutes like we did last time would be the best strategy

Are you fucking serious? Intentionally playing for extra time at a period where the Europa League is about to kick off so we have more fixture congestion and we need to retain pressure on City? Are you brain damaged? No Jones, Pogba on the bench despite Ando being close to fitness, no Nani and Welbeck on the left? Looks like you're setting out to fecking lose the game in extra time, not win it.

Our captain will strive on the abuse he's going to sadly receive. He's a strong character.

Having just posted this, I'm unsure if it's a good thing or bad thing that Evra and the racism row will take centre stage for this game, rather than the actual game.

Calm down, there will be no extra time if it's a draw after 90 mins

I realise that but even so, that formation/lineup is beyond retarded. You might see that shit from King Kenny against Stoke at home but you won't see it from SAF.

In case you didn't see both Nani and Jones went off injured today, what's the point in naming Anderson when he's currently injured (shall I name Vidic in the starting XI as well?) We play Stoke 4 days after this game and that is a much more important game so any players who have any injury doubts over should be rested for that game. Not to mention the fact that we have shit record at Anfield with a fully fit side, so no I'm not brain damaged, you on the other hand.....

Again you obviously didn't see how we lined up the last time we went to Anfield, did you just take up following football at 6pm today or something? Your knowledge is next to non-existent

Nani took a knock and the verdict on Jones was that it's a twisted ankle and not serious. Anderson is also only carrying a knock and is probably going to be fit for this game. The thought of us playing for a draw is just alien to me, I can't understand why you would want to go out with the full intention to draw against a mid-table team. I don't care where it is or whether you think Anfield is a bogey ground for us, we should be putting out a team that is capable of winning the match and that is exactly what Ferguson will do, not some disjointed 4-5-1 with Berbatov as the lone frontman and Welbeck, our on form striker, out of position.

I saw how we lined up and I don't expect much difference but you've even fecking put DDG in goal despite the fact that it's being reported (and confirmed) that DDG needs an operation on his eyes. Then you go on to say that our key players should be left out because of potential injury? Silly argument when DDG is being left out in the league for the same reason.

I can't see one of you posts without thinking of this song, just substitute Hernandez for amore & your just about there.

Otherwise, I'm broadly in agreement.
