i will be at OT for this. After Tottenham in 2009 (5-2) and City last year (2-1) i hope this will be a historical game once again.

Hopefully get Jones, Nani, and Smalling back for this, with possibly Cleverley on the bench. Should be close to our strongest team.

Is Anderson in training yet?

Nani, Anderson, Cleverley, Smalling and Jones should be back for this one.

That means only Vidic, Fletcher, Lindegaard and Owen should be on our injury-list.

Confidence in the team should be high after a cracking comeback today. Will be a tough game for us but our quality up front will be too much for them.

Is it just me that can see Swastikas disguised as that green curly vine-like pattern near the top of their crest?

de Gea

Rafael
Ferdinand
Evans
Evra

Valencia
Carrick
Scholes
Nani

Rooney
Hernandez

SUBS: Amos, Smalling, Cleverley, Giggs, Park, Berbatov, Welbeck.

If all our players are back we're going to have to start leaving out big names again, which is good to see; the likes of Fabio, Jones, Anderson and Young all missing from that matchday squad, and could all perceivably have a part to play in this one.

Early kick off. Last two games against the dippers this season: a draw and a loss. Surely this time a win for United?

They'll more than likely to sit back defend and hoof balls to Bellamy in hope of winning. We should twat the bastards 5-1.

I'm assuming there will be a minute's silence as usual with it being the closest home fixture to the anniversary.

Given Fergie post-match comments I imagine Hernandez will start but Welbeck may move to the left or Park will come in, I don't see Young starting two in a row.

Playing Hernandez usually means 4-4-2 so I guess Scholes will come in for Giggs to partner Carrick.

Right now I'd much rather see Scholes getting the first 60 minutes and Giggs offering a chance to change the game in the last 30.

Munich is commemorated at the last home game before Feb 6th, not afterwards. They only do the minutes silence for significant year anniversaries now anyway I think, last time they did it was the 50th?

I thought it was the closest game but actually you're probably right.

About your other point, I can't remember last year, but I'm certain there was one against Portsmouth in 2010.

Actually the Portsmouth game was played on the 6th so that's why they had one.

Team picks itself, really.

de Gea has to start. His confidence will be higher despite conceding three at Chelsea. Rafael has been one of our best players in the last two games he played and Smalling's injury could keep him out of this for all we know anyway. Ferdinand and Evans have played a few games together on the spin, there's no reason to break up this centreback pairing now I reckon, might as well get the consistency going. Evra just plays anyway.Valencia and Carrick start. Scholes swaps in for Giggs, Nani or Park for Young. Rooney has to start and I think Hernandez deserves to start as well.

Need to keep the pressure on City. Even if we can just keep it at 2 points behind until we go to Wastelands I'll be happy enough. I'd love to beat them there and nick the league by a point!

Berba should start with Rooney. Hernandez and Scholes to come on if needed. I would love to see:

Valencia Carrick Giggs Nani

Berba Rooney

A bit worried about Ferdinand and Evans being easily turned by Suarez. I'd prefer Smalling in the centre for this one for his pace.
