VDS

Wes
Evra
Vidic (if fit)
Rio

Fletcher
Anderson
Nani
Ronaldo

Tevez
Rooney (if fit)

subs - Scholes, Kuszczak, O'Shea, Park, Silvestre

Difficult to know which players will be so exhausted that they shouldn't be selected. To my eyes, Carrick looks to be out of gas, I think the penalty mistake was probably at least partly due to mental fatigue and there have been several other instances in recent games that seemed untypical of him.

Cant wait for this game now, lets wrap up the league in style. Tevez and Rio to score. Wouldnt rush Vidic or Rooney back too soon.

-------------------------VDS---------------------------

Wes----------------Rio----------Pique--------------Evra

---------------Hargreaves---------Fletcher----------

Ronaldo----------------Anderson-----------------Park
------------------------Tevez------------------------
Bench. PIG, Vidic, Carrick, Giggs, Rooney

2-0, the league will be ours after this game
We can't win the league even if we win and Chelsea lose, it will matematically be finished in the last round.

Huge. Last home game of the season! I hope the atmosphere is similar to last night!

I predict 3-1 to us.

You know for some stupid reason, I feel we are going to fuck up this match.

Chelsea will fuck up theirs too.

And Arsenal will win their next match.

And suddenly... ITS ON!

So who is out injured then? Ljungberg and...? Are you sure Upson and Ferdinand will be able to play?
Thanks in advance.

Why would anyone want a link to a timezone converter if the time is stated in BST.

It is for girlish to keep track of the time so that he can be the first to start another match thread

Anderson will certainly start, probably alongside Carrick or Fletcher.

I'd go for:

--------------------VDS-----------------

Brown--------Rio--------Vida--------Evra

Ronaldo---Carrick/Fletch--Anderson---Nani/Giggs

--------------Rooney-----Tevez----------

Rooney was almost fit against Barca already, he will want to start, as well as Vidic. When they are fit, there is no need to bench them.

As long as we go in heavy and make Man United scared to keep possesion we should be fine. I'm not saying to injure anyone as I hate teams that do that but we need to clatter to you. All your players will have one eye on the CL final and we should use that to our advantage.
Are you silly or what, of course we have our eyes on the premiership title as well, the CL final can be put aside until our last 2 matches.

"Patrice got a real bang on the head, but I'm sure he'll be all right for Saturday," Ferguson told MUTV.

"Vidic may be OK too, but that's in the doctor's hands."

Ferguson admitted he did not want to gamble on selecting Rooney against Barcelona, but the striker should return against the Hammers.

"After getting the knock against Chelsea on Saturday, Wayne was in real pain on Monday," added Ferguson.

"I made the decision not to risk him because if I had to then substitute him early in the match it could really have affected us. So I went with a front two of Ronaldo and Tevez.

"Wayne has got a big chance [of facing West Ham]. He'll be all right for Saturday."
It would be nice to welcome back Vidic, Rooney and Evra. Everyone must get themselves fit and in form now because we will need them all.

The whole squad is now back in training apart from Ljungberg, some of them aren't fully fit though and Davenport's still not allowed to play (fractured neck)

Dyer will not be risked nor will Collins, it's unlikely Curbs will decide to play Bellamy either. Other than them they are all at various stages of fitness and it's down to Curbs whether he will give them a game or not.

I would say the squad will be picked out of;

GK - Green & Walker

Defence - Neill, Pantsil, Upson, Ferdinand, Gabbidon, spector, McCartney, Tomkins

Midfield - Faubert, Solano, Mullins, Noble, Parker, Bowyer, Collison, Etherington, Boa Morte

Striekrs - Ashton, Zamora, Sears, Cole, Camara

Ferdinand is 100% ready to play,Upson is training hard hoping to be ready, but it looks good so far

Thank you for the update on your injuries.

It seems a very tough game is coming up, that West Ham squad looks quite good on paper. We must stay focused and score early, just like we did against the likes of Villa or Arsenal (FA Cup). We can't afford to drop points even though Chelsea might do so as well. I'm confident we'll win comfortably though, our home record has been magnificent this campaign and I don't buy the bogey team nonsense, at least not when we're playing at Old Trafford.

We're more than capable of beating anyone on our day (except Chelsea), and the players will put their all in for this one. We finally have a decent squad to wrok with it's just a shame it's the penultimate game of the season.

I'm looking forward more than anything to seeing Sears and Tomkins get a test against some decent oposition. It wll be good to see how Faubert performs too, he's just got back in the squad and is looking more and more dangerous every match we play. I have a sneaky feeling Zamora is going to have the game of his life too.

I don't think the players are worried about conceding early after all you did that last time we played you and the team fought back for a victory.

As long as we man mark Ronaldo and put some heavy tackles in on him we will be fine.

I can see this being a 0-0 or either side snatching a poor goal. Than again we are West Ham so don't write off beating us 4-0

On OUR day, we should beat you 4-0.

We'll see who's day it is.
