Why America needs football: Football fans and their chants/songs. We need chants other than "U-S-A!". We can't be using the same chant when we kill a guy that we do when Donovan strikes one past the keeper.

The way the US reacts to these things doesn't half leave a bad taste. The celebrations are like a sports success, rather over the death of a man. I understand happiness he's out of the picture, and some level of justice has been done... but as I say. Leaves a bad taste

For me, this is an end to what was probably the most memorable day of my life and the second most important event of my 24 years after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He might not have been able to give this speech, but I imagine Bush is just as happy now as if he had. |
