Another thing I forgot to add is that what you see is often not what is originally written as well. All articles will go through to an editor, where it's in their hands to construe it in whatever way they want. A reporter may have thought that they had something on Rooney being unsettled, but then it was changed from that, to a story which was certain that he would leave.

Hopefully the Morrison/Pogba stories are lies too, however they are bound to get one right sooner or later and these are not high profile enough to get people excited.
