No, it does do harm, because it's all about setting a tone. Those forums should be serious IMO. There are plenty other places on the net, and indeed on these very forums, to fuck about and act the goat. This is probably the most posted on non commercial United forum on the net, it should at least keep the two United specific forums serious. It's because they are not kept serious and people are allowed to fuck about that you end up with the weekly messes that you all have to clean up. Not only that, but it puts people off. Ah, but fuck that, lets have 100 younf tossers posting instead of 5 old fogies. The United forum specifically here could possibly qualify as the biggest waste of Internet bandwidth outside of e-mail spam, RAWK, and bigcocks.com.

I tend to agree with you and I have infracted numerous now outraged muppets over the last couple of weeks. However, I find it difficult to infract a diehard United supporter for skirting the limits when he tends to take the piss out of those who so desperately deserve it.

To make up for it I shall probably undertake another axe (infraction) wielding rampage tomorrow.
