Official complaint RE: noodlehair

Greetings.

i'd like to make an official complaint with regards to the redcafe moderator noodlehair, and his unnaceptable attitude towards members of this website. in particular, me. my reasons are as follows;

several months ago now, noodlehair entered into a bet with myself, relating to a matter relevant to this website, whereupon if losing, he would be required to purchase me one pint of beer (brand of my choosing). noodlehair subsequently, and inevitably lost this bet. it was a stupid bet. however, he has since repeatedly ignored calls to uphold his end of the bargain. denying he'd lost any such bet, and even going so far as to make up false evidence, in a laughable attempt to welch out of his duty. unfortunately for noodlehair, at least one other member of this site was involved in and aware of this agreement, and able to be used as an eye witness in my defence. regular users of redcafe will also be more than aware of noodlehair's documented history of anti-alcohol abuse, it is regretably no real surprise that he has once again chosen to take such a stance

I am frankly appauled that a moderator, who has already proven himself to be incompetent, disaster-prone and ginger, can be allowed to continue abusing his position in such a manner. I request that in order to maintain the integrity of redcafe;
a) he be removed, not only from moderation, but from the site.
b) all of his comments be suffixed with a picture of his hair, and a personal apology to humanity
c) I be given a lifetime supply of alcohol

I look forward to this being put into action

i feel your pain brother, i once beat smashed in a game of snap before he deviously cheated me out of an illustrious and historical win. i haven't been able to sleep since that fateful night and my friends and family have been blanking me ever since, too ashamed to look me in the face.

Anyway, I'm fairly sure he doesn't have an eye witness

Also, arn't double accounts against the rules? and therefor shouldn't Dr Do/dont be banned for possibly being me? which I've just decided he is
