Both for me (when it happens, which is only occasionally). It just seems the site goes through a few minutes every so often when it happens a lot and then it's back to normal.

We've made some tweaks to try and reduce those 'canee take the strain' error pages. Can people let me know if it has made a noticeable improvement?

Unfortunately the odd error is still going to crop up. Right now my main concern is the frequency of errors. There were quite a few every hour and I'm hoping the change we made will reduce it quite a bit.

Are people seeing these errors several times a day or just once/never? Also, if you can tell me what you're doing when you get it that would be great.

Following the logs for over an hour now and no errors reported. Before the change there were many errors an hour so things are definitely improved

Yeah had some impromptu maintenance this morning which led to a few minutes of down time. There may be a few more error pages throughout the day but we'll keep it to a minimum.
