I honestly couldn't give a damn what you bench. I'm over 40 and still box and you said you did as well, and you will know that too much muscle building slows you down. I tend to work muscle groups and lots of stretching and cardio vascular work.

I really don’t know why you feel a need to have so many login names, you are a good poster when you want to be. It just makes you look gutless, I could understand it if you weren’t bright but you are.

There is only one person who habitually logs in and out of two login names to agree with themsleves. This is odd, amusing and not a little sad. We could ban one of the alternative id's I suppose but why bother?

Stan is also Stanta and used to get a new login name every 1000 posts but we always knew who he was. Bazalini used to have numerous Pat the ..... id's but it never presented a problem. In many cases it has added to the quality of the general forum (not difficult to do I'll grant you). Multiple id's and trouble causing in the football forums is far less tolerated.

If people aren't causing hassle with their extra identies I don't see the problem. If they are we ban the extra identity. It is also now very difficult to get one anyway because of the Newbie forum

Red Sea: What or who do your percieve as a problem? I have seen no evidence of anyone causing trouble with mutliple identities. And in any case we are all pretty anonymous on an internet forum and many will be representing themselves as other than they are.

For instance, Peter Reid, Kevin Phillips and Martin keown all resemble monkeys...it's surely not impossible for a black player to resemble a monkey?

It is a tricky one mind...at the Nou Camp last week, the bloke in the seat behind me kept screaming "Feck off yer little fecking monkey" at Ronaldinho...and while Celtic fans are rarely racist, and in the way he moves Ronaldinho is very like a nimble little monkey, at the same time the bloke was almost certainly being a racist cnut.
