How the mighty have fallen

I thought I'd never see the day when wins against Leicester City and Derby Country were greeted by such delerious joy by United fans.

Makes me chuckle, it does.

Glad you are amused.

Are you as amused by your faliure to score last night against Fulham?

After all, a super team like Liverpool should be beating the small teams shouldn't they?

I am highly amused.

I went to the game as usual in my official capacity, and saw two good teams play an interesting and tactical game. We had several opportunities to score and were denied by the superb 'keepin of Van Der Sar (Best 'keeper in the world IMO) and the woodwork on several occasions.

More importantly, we kept yet another clean sheet - five in a row.

Fulham are a good side and I wish them well.

We still have the 9 points and a game in hand over yourselves. As I said, we'll see how good you are again when you play a decent side..

chess requires skill and thought...

liverpools play = 10 men behind the ball.. and hitting long balls up to Owen...

Interesting eh? Were you sure that you had not fallen asleep and dreaming of the more attacking poo team of the 70s?

You beat a bottom 3 side 5-0 - hardly turning a corner...

Veron ran the game - shame he hasn't dpone that against anyone good...

The fact that Scholes and Butt were key players in the game should tell you something...

Wait and see how you cope when you play someone good.

Yeah but you can only beat the team that is against you, whether that is the top side or the bottom side.

We got three points and you didn't, hence the gap between us narrowing. Sounds good to me.

It was a good, entertaining match with lots of chances. How was your match?

The best thing about Liverpool in the past few years was that they'd beat Leeds one week and then the next week they'd lose at home to Derby.........

You've still got some work to do to convince me that's changed....... .........

Well Chuckles, considering the win pushed us up 4 places back into contention (right when we were being written off) I'd say our joy is justified.

Cut your fecking lies out fat dipper - it was KEANE that was the key player or did you watch the match at the expense of poo-fulham? Makes sense too since you like us so much!

Funny, I though Derby was heaps better than you lot when they played you recently - now do you think they're good?

And do Liverpool usually celebrate victories over "non-title contenders" such as MUFC with a lap of honour..... in November?
