I agree with all of that , thought Webb did the best thing with a yellow.

I agree. I think he has justification to be quick with the next yellow too.

This has been rubbish. All i can see is scrappy football and players trying to get each other booked.

I miss Germany.

I've no doubt I want Spain to win now. They may dive and act like cunts at times but the Dutch have taken it to a different level

In these circumstances, why doesn't the ref call the 2 captains over and explain that if they don't control their teams, someone's going to get sent off.

Got to calm it down a bit or the final will be ruined...

the Dutch know they are going out, so they will blame the ref giving red cards as an excuse.

You can't blame Webb for not being eager to send someone off in this of all games. There's more controversy in an incorrect sneding off then a player not being sent off when he should imo.

If I were Webb, I'd stop giving cards to the Dutch if every single time the whole Spanish squad is going to come shout at me. They attack him for things he's obviously going to deal with.

There's only so much the ref can do, if the Dutch want to self destruct it's their prerogative

They can have no complaints about the officiating after the game, that's for sure
