2012

Going to see it in two hours, I think it's European premiere.

Hope it's good, trailers were fantastic although I'm not sure I'll want to watch it for two full hours.

The trailer looked awesome. It's exactly my type of film.

I'm so not going to illegally download that.

I don't see the difference between this and The Day After Tomorrow to be honest.

Agreed, clutching at something pop culture and the media is spinning to make a film that was JUST done.

Emmanuel Levy likes it though:

Size matters: a winter popcorn movie and guilty pleasure, this mass entertainment of mass destruction is not one coherent story but a calculated, cliche-ridden, often humorous pastiche of all the disaster movies made in Hollywood.
Shocking

You'll enjoy it if you like seeing things getting destroyed, over and over again...

It was rather shit beside special effects, which got boring after 15 minutes anyway. $200m and they can't even write a proper plot that would get you interested.

Saw a trailer for this at the cinema, thought the special effects looked impressive but figured it was just another Day After Tomorrow like ILC said and special effects cannot make a film on their own. Think I'll give it a miss.

European premiere? Mhhh should be shown here in about 6 weeks.

I honestly want to see it although I don't expect a huge movie so I don't get disappointed.

I'll probably buy a DVD when it's released, and pick random scenes with special effects, in the future but would never see the full movie again.

The Yellowstone blowing up scene is ace.

John Cusack has been descending into cuntiness for years now.

I may go to a matinee but I ain't shelling out no $12.

John Cusack has barely any role in it. It could've been any random bloke off the street instead of him and it'd still be the same as plot and characters have no meaning in this movie.
