Having downloaded 2 albums from them they are not too bad

Overhyped to feck but if you take away the hype they are a decent band

Arrived on the scene around the same time a arctic monkeys, but are much better .

They seem ok,

I severly dislike all the attention they got as they simply aren't "that good", people comparing them to a modern beatles is just fucking ridiculous.

Arctic Monkeys are OK, especially if you're pissed up. I did like Bloc party more when the two burst onto the scene, their sound is quite unique, and great. I'm currently listening to The Strokes abit lately, try a listen pert. Reptilia, last nite, 12:51, Juicebox, someday, great songs.

Arctic Monkeys are good, not as good as the hype but they're still a lot better than some of the stuff out there. As someone said, great to listen to when your pissed.

Bloc Party are immense, Weekend is the City is very good, not sure if I like it more than Silent Alarm but both class.

I think they're class. I'm not into listening to hype or anything, I just listen to thier songs and let that form my opinion, and I think the Monkeys are pretty good.
