I'm not talking about the album. I am talking about the television series that airs on Showtime

No dates out as of yet, but it should be soon, as filming began in April 2008

I wonder if the sudden death of Natascha McElhone's husband has delayed things? She is also expecting their third child.

I've always had a thing for her. Sad news to hear.

Class show, incidentally. The writing's probably the best I've ever seen on any TV show. Which it makes it all the more baffling as to why the season one finale was such a cliched cop out.

Season 1 finale was rubbish. I was hoping it would start with Weeds like last season.

I suspect that the finale was written before the series was renewed and until it became so popular the writers were assuming it would only run for one season. Then again we don't know what happens next. I doubt they all lived happily ever after.

Even if you make allowances for that, it was still a poorly written episode that wasn't at all in keeping with the wry or sardonic tone of what had come before.

Agreed SR, but conceivably it could be useful for further plotlines if they work with it well

Excellent insight, never thought of the that but the intro was a double dream, one where he awakes from a dream only to awake from another whose to say otherwise. Actually it make total sense with that stipulation, brilliant call fish boy

This show is based loosely on the writing of the rather wonderful Charles Bukowski. I strongly recommend you check out his work

Bump!

Just downloaded the first 12 episodes of sesaon one and watched the first two.

Fucking brilliant show, completely unique and you just don't see some of the twists that come whereas in stuff like heroes and prison break you can usually predict what happens next. Some hilarious classic moments and I've only watched 2 episodes, really fresh show

I would like to point out that in no way do I download it using a torrent and that I think anyone who does should have rabid stoats inserted into their trousers.
