I thought the official release was Oct. 19th. Will this version be working properly?

Why should it fuck up your laptop?

Great fucking game.

With a good line it won't take you long to download.

Last time I checked it was 16th

Could be wrong though.

Edit: You're right, it's the 19th. But people still think it's this weekend it could be introduced to the Internet.

Sounds reasonable, the game will go gold sometime this week to allow the printing and distribution to happen.

Bought Huntelaar too. But he broke his leg in his second game. Teveth is amazing in this game.

Btw, Jacob how do you go about getting the demo in a window?

You'll have to, sooner or later. The latter less preferably.

This is riddiculous, either it's extremely hard or I'm shit.

9 games played 3 wins 3 draws 3 losses.

Rooney is a pile of shit, 14 games no goals

Jacob, could you please PM me a link when you find a torrent for the full version? I haven't played this for a few years but I feel like neglecting my studies and social life again.

The idea is to start off at a shit club and work your way up, learning as you go. If some twat off the street walked into United as manager they'd probably get similar results, if not worse...

Been playing the demo now and then. Signed Doyle; he is effing class in this and slots in straight away. Saha for teh first time ever actually plays well for me whenever he does manage to stay fit. However the likes of Rooney, Nani and Ronaldo haven't played particularly well for me when Anderson and Giggs have.

Chelsea are 7 points clear of me even though only 8 games have been played. The minus Mourinho factor hasn't been weighed in yet.

Much more responsive tactical engine, the sliders and buttons used to change tactics haven't changed but fullbacks and midfielders work much more like they should.

Exactly, everyone I know who plays it starts off with a big team or even edits it to increases the transfer budget and just buy the best players, no real fun in that.
I haven’t played it in 2 or 3 year but when I did I used to start of with a conference club and work my way up, however as hearing it gets harder and each year plus i don’t want all the famous players to have retired before I get to the premiership I reckon I will start off with a team in league 1. Rooney and Ronaldo should be in their prime then when United would want to hire me

If you got a friend that supports another PL team it's fun to fight it out over a network, but I see your point.

I think I won the Champions League with Hull once.

You know i've been telling people for years not to start football manager as a top four side in any league, nobody seem to realise that the fun should come from working your way up and learning to manage less accomplised players so that when you apply and get the united job you know what your doing.

Thing is though, I can't stand playing another club than United. I want to play them right away, so I'm there during Giggs, Neville and Scholes' last years. I also want to be the one helping the likes of Piqué, Anderson, Simpson and Evans reach the world stage.

I got thrashed 4-1 by barcelona because i had to play 2 matches in 3 days, something i didn't notice at that time and only noticed it later when i saw my players fitness level at 55.

Messi ripped us apart and why the hell is brown's attributes soo good.

I usually play 2 games. One with United and another a serious one with a shit team. You get more satisfaction from a shit team. I remember I took Leyton Orient to the Premiership in FM 07.
