Fringe

Anyone else who watches this show?

Scific stuff doesn't normally appeal to me but this is humorous and adrenaline filled, just watched the first two eps today going to continue tomorrow but looks decent so far.

It has a stupid, needless and tacky twist at the end of every episode. Was almost worth watching till the first episode done that.

Hugely over rated. Like other American shows that have come out in the past few years.

Just watched the third ep and dlling the fourth one now.

It's not really deep in that sense but it's good entertainment which is what I look for in a show first and foremost. Every ep so far has been decent enough to keep me watching. The mad professor is good for a few laughs in each ep.

Sanctuary
Tried to watch the web episodes of Sanctuary about a year but quality was way too poor. Might give it another try now. I like Fringe so far.

Yes, he was Denathor in Lord of the Rings, he must have a thing for playing mental people

Fringe is the best tv show at the moment!
I was about to make a thread, then used my brain and used the search engine.

Its twist after twist stuff!

Which ruins the whole thing. Needless, stupid twists. Ever heard the phrase "too much of a good thing" ? Fringe is proof on purchase. It's tacky and lame.

Just watched the latest episode, it seems to be a cheaper, darker, more far fetched, less interesting version of ALIAS. Man I was all about Jennifer Garner when that show came out even have season 3 on DVD for some reason, think it's my sisters. But watched a few episodes this weekend and could nt get over how much better ALIAS was than this show

It's a fairly good show, I'd rate it at the same level as the CSI shows for myself. Good, but not exactly a problem if I miss it. And in Fringe's case, in Australia it's unfortunately on at the same time as two, better shows, so it misses out.

Actually, I'm not sure if they are even showing it here anymore. I think it was House and Criminal Minds that it was caught between, which is the same mistake that they are making with The Mentalist now. Putting average/good shows on at the same time as two good/great shows - then they wonder why nobody watches it.

Considering that it's FOX it probably won't be much more than that.
