Just personal preference, I guess.

That is one of many reasons I am disappointed with the game.

Its been reported in the press today that hundreds of X Box and PS3 fans have been complaining about the game freezing. Anybody experienced any major issues yet?

Just the normal prob* where you're driving so fast the textures and objects don't render fast enough... and you plough into a lampost.

Been like that since GTA3...

Right, I've played it

You're all a bunch of incredibly sad gimps. It's just the exact same game yet again, but with improved graphics.

How anyone can waste significant amounts of their time on this is beyond me

I said exactly the same thing.

Right I got this yesterday and I have played a couple of hours on it and I just cannot get into the game. Same old GTA except with improved graphics.

Trading it in for Haze in a couple of weeks. (Which, having just played the demo, looks fooking amazing)

Fair enough, I enjoyed it myself. Looks very, very good.

KZ2 has been delayed untill 2009 so you'll be waiting a while.

I fucking love the driving. I have it down to a T. Just tap the handbrake and turn the way you want to go. Is awesome. I haven't got that fair yet and Im not sure if i like the game or love the game. For me, im not sure if there is going to be longevity to it. I could see myself getting bored of doing the missions, and online doesn't seem great. But my mates who got it on release day are still loving it, so maybe i will still be playing it in a while. Also, do you buy new house's on here, like on GTA SA
Graphics don't seem that fantastic in cut scenes, PS2 graphics in my opinion.
Although during the game the graphics are much improved.

I only ever played GTA III out of the 3d ones. This story line seems 10 times better then that one. Also form reports the story is heaps better then hte previous couple that i didnt play. Multiplayer is also heaps of fun.

I got my copy last night, and I'm pretty impressed with it. Interesting storyline and good characters so far. It takes a while to really get into the game IMO, as I've done about 10% and its still teaching you to do new stuff in most missions. Its lived up to my expectations though.
