Yeah, but he got the boot for reviewing Kane and lynch honestly - it was shit. I dont know why pressure was put on him for that, probably Eidos putting pressure on gamespot.

Though he did slate it and also give it a 6, which was wierd.

Still, i trust their opinions.

Well, the IGN gave Uncharted (IMO opinion the best looking HD console game thus far) on the PS3 9.0 for graphics - and then this moron gives GTAIV a 10. Something is not quite right.

My Tesco are not selling the game

They don't even have it in the stockroom, staff have been offered up to £100 for the game by customers

Thats exactly it, whos to say Rockstar wont start throwing cash at GameSpot to pick up that favourable high score for GTA IV. Im also sure theres something dodgy about that IGN review, its pretty early for a major review and really I have my suspicions that some sort of deal was struck, maybe something along the lines of "we let you review first if you rate high", or what have you.

If you want honest and accurate reviews, then EDGE magazine is your best bet. GamesTM arent bad either.

By the way that screenshot is clearly photoshopped (the first one, not the one of Niko in the lake)

Really?, fair enough then ill take your word for it. Its just that the whole "Hold A to run, Tap A to sprint" part just looks photoshopped to me, call me blind but it just doesnt seem to be integrated with the screenshot.

It does look a little odd, I give you that, but I got it from a forum where people talk about the native resolutions of games in a very cold and serious manner (the same forum that caused gaming Internet meltdown and forced Bungie to issue an official statement over the sub-HD resolution of Halo 3). It's unlikely that the shot has been manipulated.
