The fighting is not too bad, the oppostion can get a punch in now sometimes. The taking cover part is really good, better then I expected. Mines yet to freeze. |

You can't take a corner with 200 mph. You have to brake first. Seems a realistic feature.
![]() Every car has a different feeling, bit strange at first but you get used to it after 10 minutes. I played some more and the amount of details is amazing. The radio disturbance when you get a phone call, blood splatters on the camera, ... Yesterday I was standing next to my car, making a phone call and all of a sudden a pedestrian slams in the back of my car. I watch around and see a jeep standing there with a crack in his front window and blood all over the place. Police chased him! |

needless to say, I've a had a fair few hospital visits. I did beat up some Jamacian gangsters and got a shotgun, though. I've barely completed any missions. just fecking about the city. driving is admittedly much more difficult. |

I don't see what the meaning is here, nobody had any problem running Halo in 1152x640 or COD4 in 1024x600 (this does run at 60fps most of the time however), especially when 98% of people wouldn't have a clue by looking at it, and nobody in their right mind expected this game to have high quality graphics in the first place. GTA is not the first game on either console in the HD age to render to a screen less than 720 pixels in height, and it will not be the last. Why it is 1152x640 on the PS3 and 1280x720 on the XB360 only the developers can give you reasons for. In any case, why have so many gone mad recently for counting pixels, is it the new bit? As I said, most wouldn't have a clue what the differences are by looking at it. The graphics are not brilliant in either version. ![]() ![]() ![]() Is anyone talking about why the 360 version has some strange dithering going on? XB360 ![]() PS3 ![]() Of course not. All these things are choice made by the two different engine teams responsible for each version. As I said, only they could tell you why certain choices were made. Why anyone is trying to analyse the graphical qualities of this game I do not know. For a start resolution is only one factor in determining image quality, and here the image quality isn't the best on either version, but I don't think that really matters, it's not what GTA is about. The original game was poor graphically in comparison to other games out at that time. ![]() Enjoy your game people. |

Here are my professional reviews on this game
.Pros: Niko is a very likable character. Probably the best character in all the series. The city is huge! Like really really huge. I love how you can now let a cab drive you to a destination instead of driving there yourself. I also love how they incorporated being drunk after a club, and not being able to drive steadily. The cover and fire is pretty good. Cons Driving is pretty shit. The blurry effect to the graphics, I probably have not gotten used to this. I have not fecked michelle. Oh and mine has not froze(ps3) . |

One highlight of the game was banging the fuck out of a hooker, knifing her, then getting wasted with some bimbo I hooked up with from the dating site, fuck her, then picking up Michelle, going to the comedy club, and then....yep, you guessed it, fucking her. There will be little Niko's everywhere by the time I finish this game. |

One thing I will say about the cheats is that I used them straight away in prev GTA games, I haven't used one yet, and have never needed to. Plus,. once you complete the bank heist mission, the pay off is so large, you'll be financially set for a large portion of the game.
