That's the whole point of making series. You make a new game by improving the previous ones technically and attaining a new plot.

It wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Seriously though, do we know why it feels rushed? If Take 2 were not in the position they are/were, I don't think that it would have been released.

The game is very good in my opinion, the story is brilliant, but i agree, it feels rushed. The framerates while on a big shootout mission or just driving fast is a disgrace for a next-gen game. The graphics could have been a little better, i think the 'blur' effect is shite.

But 3 weeks since its release i rarely play it.

The only game's that can be played constantly for 12 months is FIFA 08/PES and Call of Duty, in my opinion.

They should have paid for renderware again, but in their current financial state, I doubt that was an option which is why they did it in-house. IThe engine isn't shit, but it clearly needs more work.

Cynically, I reckon that's why they really didn't include Helicopters, because the framerate is already wank.

It can slow down quite a bit at Star Junction if you start chucking grenades at all the traffic...

The framerates are only shite when loads of things are happening on the screen at once, like loads of explosions, big shootouts etc.... and often when you're driving fast through traffic.

just finished the story line. Pretyt decent, as always i get dissapointed with endings... mainly just because the story is finished. It really had no where else to go except i do wonder about one character, i cant remember if we killed him or not. Not sure how to do the spoiler tag so ill just leave it.

Not played it for 2 days. Can't really be bothered. The whole socialising aspect (going out drinking, bowling, darts etc) is totally annoying and just plain boring. The missions are highly derivative and offer nothing new. The storyline/characterisation isn't bad but it's nowhere near as good as people think it is.

I was really happy with this game at first, but the longer I play the more the socializing pisses me off. I'm happy with the missions and characters but the lack of ambition with the cars/weapons etc. is a bit shit. All those perfect ratings from the gaming magazines and sites seem ridiculously premature now.
