as your physican I'd recommend you elevate your ankle, put some ice on it and stay off your feet as much as possible today.

also, take some anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen or aspirin. Personally, I recommend the ibuprofen. and a spliff, maybe.

Back from casualty. They reckon no break just the regular torn ligament. Although they told me to walk as much as possible as it would strengthen the ankle and ligaments.

good man. you'll be right as rain in no time.

I recommend this product, if you have a chinese herbalist in your area:

it should help with the pain and promote healing by removing toxins from the area. it's also great for sore muscles and in the bath.

Word that looks dead tasty, doc, like er. . . ginseng. I did my ankle over after a skipping session, was showing off like a prat and it served me right to be honest.

well the most important thing is that you are ok. the chinese stuff is a liquid that you can rub into the affected area or use to soak in.

I prefer to get the plain bottled stuff

but it also comes as a spray and a topical-style bottle that you can rub directly on your skin.

I have never played Syphon Filter, but I cannot imagine anything beating MGS is the stealth genre. Splinter Cell tried and failed miserably.

Syphon Filter wasn't really so much about the Stealth. Hence why it is obviously better

Then they are non-comparable. It is like comparing Wigan Warriors with Blackburn.

Forgiveness cannot be retracted. Only God has that kind of power.

Well they were fairly similar, just Syphon Filter required a little less tact and a little more shooting people.
