I just cycled 18.96 KM

In half an hour.

Charity 24 hour thing my work is doing. Got another half hour shift at 8.30pm the one at 3.30 AM.

I'm exhausted already.

I'm sorting out a playlist for my Ipod, any recommendations for songs that will keep me going?

For my second stint on the bike I did 19.45km and some nutter asked if they could do my 3.30 shift! Result!

The music definately helped by the way.
