I'm still not sure what to make of Sam's Town. I like it somedays and hate it others.
Liked Hot Fuss though and there were some decent songs on Sawdust. Is this just the first song on the album or their new single? |

One of the best bands live going, IOW festival last year was awesome, they blew Coldplay out of the park.
Yes they are tad commercial but hey every album so far has had some serious anthems. |

how can you guys like this utter toss?
I'm paraphrasing bjork here, with good music its like filet mignon, sure its alot more quality, but if bad music is a banana, it seems pretty stupid to not eat bananas just because they arent as nice as the filet mignon. So that much i understand, the qualia is again different, but its still wank. |

Killers came out, released Hot Fuzz, thought it was great, a happy album, enjoyed them, despite them being fucking awful live.
Since then, I hated their last album, thought the "doessnt look a think like jeeeeesussssss" was one of the worst things I have ever heard, and this new song is fucking awful too. Sound like his voice is breaking and they have been told to go and make noise for 10 songs. |

I see the Worlds music snobs are out in force!
Money grabbers? This is their 4th album in 5 years, hardly pumping them out like the Beatles! One of my favourite bands of recent times. Not heard their new album yet, but I'll be getting it, and I like the new single |

Hot Fuss had one great tune - All These Things That I Have Done. Only Tranquilize measures up to that. The rest is ok to average. Maybe Somebody Told Me stands out above that.
Not sure what I think of Human. They're fucking fantastic live though. |

I liked it, but it's not just what I expect from a band like The Killers, and I feel they rushed a bit.

I initially thought it was total shit, but having listened to it a couple of times, I realised it's not meant to be as serious as Sam's Town, and even more playful than Hot Fuss. It's not that bad - averagely listenable, which basically describes much of the Killers' output.
I liked Spaceman and the Human B-side, A Crippling Blow. In fact, A Crippling Blow might join my list of good Killers songs, which currently stands at 3. |
