So, how do I do it? Do I need to buy something or is it built in?

Well you need a router or or something if you haven't got one. Then once you've fiddled round with settings to make it work, its easy as anything.

Sometimes you need to fiddle with settings on the router like DMZ but on the PS3 you just go into network settings and get it to try pick up a wireless signal, Then it guides you through the steps.

Ahh, must be the router settings indeed. Cheers, will look into that. Think you need to open some ports too

I put "//standard-gateway" in the adress bar of my internet browser. A pop-up appeared which required username and password. I put "admin" as username, and *blank* as password (the usual stuff) but didn't get in
