I've decided that I'm not going to decide.

That way, if the film turns out to be shit, I wont get blamed.

Another ingenius decision, by me...noodlehair

Not sure what's on in your neck of the wood, but on this list I'd go for Adulthood (sequal to Kidulthood which was fecking great btw) or The Mist, surprising decent Horror/B-Movie Horror.

Kidulthood was embarrasing IMO, bare in mind i'm the same age (ish) as alot of the characters, and it's based where i live...
Although i'm still curious to go and see Adulthood.

Considering the actors were all kids pulled off the street with no acting experience before I thought it was a surprising decent film, although quite depressing, understand where you are coming from though.

not sure if its at the cinema but The Ruins was decent. About some killer plants killing some people on a hill with some tribe at the bottom stopping them from escaping

Don't remember it much, but I do remember thinking that it reminded me of Grange Hill.

That's not nice to say

It was quite surprising and unusual though, also to my satisfaction.

Hancock it was. They should stop casting Will Smith in films. He turns potentially semi-enjoyable movies into a parade of himself.

Like I-robot; should have been a half decent sci-fi film, with a half decent plot. Instead, Will Smith and his new shoes went around trying to prove how great they were, while the entire rest of the film went on in the backround

In addition, I've come to the conclusion that anyone who isn't either me, or with me, should be banned from going to the cinema

Also, people with fat heads have to stand in the isle, even when not banned, unless they're me.

seen a few recently, my verdicts

Indiana Jones - awefull, if you liked the first three you will hate this with a passion

Hulk - Superb special effects and great fight scenes, bit of a no brainer but def worth a wtach

Wanted - Beyond cheesey but if you want something light hearted but a lot of fun then recomended. i really enjoyed it, ticked all the boxes, funny, loads of cool (if not beleive) action scenes and angelina jolies ass

hancock - great idea but could have been better, decent twist, second should be better if they decide to make it

A must watch July 24th Dark Knight. As a kid I was an avid batman fan, read all the comics for years. So these movies have been a breath of fresh air, showing batman in his true light, dark and moody. Dark knight will prove to be the best yet

Gone Baby Gone is a very good movie. Probably the best of 2008 so far.

Wanted was terrible, so bad almost entertaining. Directors probably thought the it'd be cool to curve bullets and then made a movie based on that without really worrying much about anything else.

Google ads is now recommending a movie called 'Kismat Konnection' under this thread.
