Trance is awesome cant wait to go back to Ibiza in the summer.
I think its lost its way a bit since the late 90's though. |

After hearing that shit called "Sandstorm" in the 1990s amidst all the other Trance/Euro crap I had to endure, I'd say it's a bad genre
But we all have our own opinions. One of my friends, who loves this music, actually said it was better than rap. He's soft

Not into Trance but am into house music. Checked out Anjuna Beach and the surrounding markets while I was in Goa though and there was plenty of Trance pumping out of random sound systems. Definitely part of the culture considering the huge Trance movement there and Above & Beyonds links.
Really want to make it to Sunburn one day. It's actually on Candolim beach where I go but I've never been when it's on unfortunately. I'd go for the other genres of house but wouldn't be able to resist some trance while I'm there. |

I've never followed it, into tech, prog, deep house and electro myself.
I'd gladly see Four Strings and A&B live though if they were on at a festival I was at, particularly in Goa. Even if it isn't deemed as true trance any more. |
