Can FC get into the FA cup this year?

Just wondering if FC are too far down the league pyramid? What division does a club have to be in to get entered into the qualifying rounds?

Non-league teams can enter but need to have competed in the FA Trophy or FA Vase the previous season. FC missed the deadline for the FA Vase last season, but will enter it this year. So FC can enter the FA Cup in 2007/08.
