Congratulations Fc!

Promotion again.

Currently 4-1 up against Skem in the Play Off Final, and Skem down to 10-men.

Fantastic achievement.

They were in the FA Cup this year, knocked out by Fleetwood. Not impossible but I think it's highly unlikely they'll make it to the third round...

They are now at tier 7, next is conference north then conference national. Really is a great achievement to have gotten to this point so quickly, not sure if they'll manage to go up again next season, although AFC Wimbledon managed to get promoted yesterday to the conference south.

Yep, my Dad was there, said about 20 minutes in a load turned up. Got updates from him, so those of us in W3105 were well informed. It was 1-0 mind, bit nervy.

Was a great day! I'm still recovering from this weekend now...

Ralphie I remember meeting you, but don't have a clue what we spoke about at the Dinner...

Can we go up next year? I don't think so, but anything is possible!

I would be happy to potter around this level for a year or two let the club consolidate and hopefully get a ground sorted
and nothing to do with the alcohol ban on coaches and trains not counting at this level

The FC fans I know say different, but I think FC's natural home is non-league. Decent ticket prices, less restrictive legislation.... The lower leagues in England seem to be the worst of both worlds.

Great achievement. Unfortunately you just missed out on giving the scousers from Vauxhall Motors kicking next season... they're going down the other way.

That's pretty impressive, so in theory, in 5 years time they could be in the Premiership...

No. Unibond Prem, then Conf North, then Conf, then League Two, One, CCC, then Prem.

It must be more or less impossible to get to the top in 5 years. Would it be possible to build all the facillities needed, the structure of a premier club and so on. Not to mention the money needed to sign and pay players, especially with the policy the club has its pedistals foundated deeply in with not being a sell out club and not wanting to have the inevitable development of ticket prices. The last few steps have taken clubs 4 times the size of FC several years to complete.
