At this Saturday’s game FC fans will be able to take part in a unique and surreal event. Icon Films who are responsible for the forthcoming film “Looking for Eric” will be delivering 2-3 thousand Cantona masks to Gigg Lane to be worn by supporters during the match against Bradford Park Avenue.

The scenes will be filmed and possibly used in the promotion material for the launch of the film this June. Supporters will be given one mask and one mask only after passing through the turnstiles for home supporters. No replacements will be given and none for any mates who can’t make it to the game. Stocks are limited so distribution will be on a first come first served basis so think twice about having that last pint in the pub.

If you were looking for the real Eric in the crowd on Saturday would it be possible to spot him?
