Midlands Reds Trip To Afcw On 4/8/07

Right, finalising the details as we speak...

This is the planned itinary..

7.50 AM Coach pick up from Wolverhampton Railway station.

train from Stafford departs at 7.34 and arrives in Wolverhampton at 7.47
Train from Birm. New Street departs at 7.33 arriving 7.48

8.20 AM Brekkie at Port 'n' Ale Public House with liquid refreshment. Brekkie fee = £4 for full English breakfast ( dont blame me about the price, blame the owner.. Tight cunt ). PLEASE PRE BOOK YOUR BREAKFAST

9.00 AM Depart from Port 'n' Ale picking up at Junction 10 of M6 ( Village Hotel Car Park ) ( expected time of pick up around 9.15)

10.15 If needed we will stop at Junction 1 of the M6 to pick up anyone from the Coventy/Rugby area who may want to travel down.

TBC - Picking up J21 of M6.

TBC - Picking up on the M1. Junction 16. Anyone wanting picking up there PM me and we will arrange to ring you once we're getting nearby.

TBC - Picking up on the M1. Junction 11 - Likewise no definite time, but we will contact you as we're getting close.

We are looking to arrive in Wimbledon around about 1pm to allow us time to get a couple ( or ten ) beers in prior to the game...

Terms and conditions of travel...

Piss stops are at the discretion of the driver, but please be aware pissing into beer bottles is not encouraged....

Beer is allowed on the coach, and for that reason pissing into beer bottles is not permitted, as when drunk its very difficult to differentiate between piss and Stella....

The coach(es) have DVD players, so any FCUM DVDs are permitted. Animal porn, Take That videos and Star Trek movies are DEFINITE NO NOs....

Flags are encouraged, but please be aware that the front windscreen must be kept clear at all times, for fairly obvious reasons...

All coaches are no smoking ( CUNTS ) subject to us getting the coach owner absolutely rat arsed, then he may well relent. This should take us about 20 minutes if all goes to plan...

Singing is actively encouraged, however I am aware of one scouser looking to make the trip, so please refrain from any mention of Hillsborough, but any other abuse/insult you may wish to hurl at him is completely encouraged... HE HAS BEEN WARNED...

This coach is completely free. There is no charge whatsoever, but we will be going around with a bucket, into which you may dispense any donations you may wish to make. This money will go to the development fund. Please do not embarass yourself by putting in Euros, dollars, washers or anything else with little monetary value....

Please be respectful to the coach. The owner has been kind enough to offer his coach for us, and his previous encounter with football fans involved a half ender, a window and lots of bits of glass. He would like his coach to return in some kind of reasonable order. The scouser has been warned that the DVD player, wheels and all monies are not there for his pleasure...

We shall, no doubt, be making short stops at Service stations.. Using the toilets is fine.. Singing is expected. Removing the contents of the shop without handing over money is NOT acceptable. ( Unless you can get me three Frys Turkish delights and twenty Bensons, then I may overlook such an indiscretion ).

Under no circumstances whatsoever must ANYONE give the driver any alcohol whilst the vehicle is in motion. Previous experiences of drivers swigging from cans of stella whilst driving have been found to be quite inflamatory to the local constabulary, especially if the PC happens to be a scouser....

Finally, and being deadly serious. This day is being planned for YOUR enjoyment. There are some who are NOT Manchester United supporters amongst us, and whilst they understand that this is an MUFC based experience, they are there to witness what FCUM is all about. Some of those on board play in non league football, at a similar level to FCUM, and they are going to see what the craic is with this new team. I would love them to be able to go back to their respective clubs and do nothing but sing our praises... Gain us some respect...

Please bear that in mind, because singing, merriment and enjoyment are what FCUM is about. Acting cunts ISNT...

So if you;re happy with that, then feel free to confirm your place, and indicate

1) How many spaces
2) How many Brekkies
3) Where you want picking up from...

Now fire away.....

Fucking hell, fred. Can't act a cunt, can't have a piss and you want to ALLOW smoking. I'll stick with the train thanks, and then I can raid the buffet without your disapproval.

Bloody FC control freaks!

Well bugger me sideways. I didn't get the double header thing till now. I am now praying my work shifts don't mean I have a to cover back down here on Chairty Shield Sunday. Fuck the game and all that, but I want a bit of that day out too now.

AFC v FC is on no matter what.
