Pre-season Games

Friendly games often get announced on opposition websites before ours and we know this can frustrate our supporters. As all our games are played away, we have limited control over this.

We always offer to do a joint press release when the contracts are signed, but some clubs prefer to make their own announcement.

In the early days we were quite naive, but that led to problems for the club and our supporters, so now we always ensure everything is agreed by both clubs in writing before any announcement is made.
