I think you need to have the font installed. And it's cyrillic, not Chinese, I would think.

Answers on some questions:
it is not Chinese

Ern is right. U have 2 install fonts. It is
cyrillic.
And it didn't come from Finland

I'm MU-fan and I'm dissapointed by
Glazer's takeover :[[ so I created this russian-specable site 2 give
info about FCUM on my site. And there are a lot of visitors on site.
And there are a lot of FC fans in Ukraine and Russia... Now they know
a lot of info about FCUM.
