I reckon it's Marching. He's the guardian of the football forum. And Wibble was looking at cricket threads.

It's a shame the sub forums are not visible on the main page, where as site news and announcements, polls, and classic threads are, and no one ever goes in them.

I do not recognise this cowardly attempt at appeasement.

They can be made visible on the main page. Other foums do it. I'll give you an example:

The sub forums are in smaller links below the main forum of which they are part of.

Own up to what?

The constant bickering has made this neccesary. You lot have made your own bed so now lie in it.

You are lucky it wasn't made as a subforum of the Football forum.

Soem people are never happy.

For someone that couldn't give a fuck you are whinging like a baby and doing everything you can to chuck your dummy out of your pram.

Also, the FC related threads are currently still in the Manchester United forum, or have you not realised this yet?

Yes lucky since FCUom isn't Manchester United it should by rights be a sub forum of the Football Foprum but since there is some sort of connection we will start with the current arrangement.

Most mods have been for this change for some time with one or two exceptions, myself included. I have now changed my mind.

Was that "never been to Manchester" comment aimed at me? If so

It's a win-win situation.

Why would it be aimed at you

If you read it it was aimed at what seems like the majority on here

Thus the question rather than an assumption.

I am amazed that the FCUoM fans are complaining. I was expecting the anti lot to complain that it wasn't moved to the Football forum.

It's a similar set up to Cricket forum, we have found it works a treat as only those with real interest visit sub-forum. Except the odd Spammer.

It was GB and Slabbs doing. The cricket forum I mean.
