Danny Galbraith

Has completed his long-mooted move to Hibs on a two-year deal. Good luck to him, hope his bad luck with injuries is behind him now.

So the Hearts boy has gone back home to play for Hibs. Doubt he will get a warm reception when he goes back to his old club.

He went on trial with both clubs last month, so Hearts had their chance. Apparently he really enjoyed his spell at Hibs, but found Hearts a total shambles (wasn't allowed to stay back after training to do some extra work etc).

Hibs have a good record of developing and giving young talent a chance as well.

I think Hearts don't own their training ground and have to be out of there by a certain time each day, which played a part.

Hibs boss Hughes pleased to snap up Man Utd's Galbraith

Hibs boss John Hughes is delighted with his capture of Manchester United youngster Danny Galbraith.

He said: "Daniel arrives at Hibernian with a great attitude and the best of his career ahead of him.

"He was unlucky with injuries at Manchester United, but is very young with good energy about the park.

"He has his whole career ahead of him and has shown he can play a variety of positions on the left-hand side.

"I'm really looking forward to working with him as he will provide great competition for places and I'm sure we're going to get the best out of him."

Good luck to him, I rated him back when I saw him in the youth cup final against Liverpool a few years ago.
