German Midfielder
Don't know what has got me thinking about this, but what was the name of the young German midfielder we had about 5-7 years ago. Never made it near the first team, but was doing well with Germany at youth level.

Ah the New Beckham indeed............ Had a quality free kick on him. lacked intensity though, never seemed to want it enough.

I tried finding out after the thread I posted yesterday. Seems he might be playing in the German second division. However, I could not confirm it as some of the sites mentioned a team he was playing for and his apperances, but I could not match it on other sites.

He is currently playing at Zulte Waregem in Belgium apparently - was with Duisburg in the German second division, but his contract wasn't renewed there.
