Cole stuck at full back, Pogba out wide. Bit of a waste.

very poor match from us - we have a much more experienced side and Arsenal have lost 2 players to injuries. Still they look much sharper.
Our team is so unbalanced its strange - we just have a bunch of central players - and some of them have to play on the flanks |

Was a decent game with a decent crowd. Pogba drifted in and out of the game but wholly looked good. Drinkwater was good in spells too.
Was told Larnell had spent most of pre season at RB wished he was further forward. Zeki could have been on the left, Keane on the right but don't think there was another CB so Zeki tucked in and Cole went out right with Keane on the left. |

I was impressed by Pogba's ability to play as an actual winger - making runs in behind the defense, taking his full back on 1-on-1, etc - instead of drifting inside and playing in his more natural style like I thought he would. Not that he should ever be played as a winger of course, but it's nice to know he has the intelligence and versatility to adapt to an unfamiliar situation.
