He's lightening.
Nani is looking very good as well against this Valencia side, and has generally been one of our best players during pre-season. I would like to see both of them as our main wingers - at least the first couple of games. |

Great on the ball, very direct, lightning quick......he's just what we need. He's just take no shit, get at the defenders. None of this fancy stepovers or party tricks, just gets down the flank and gets the cross in

He's got this robotic look about him, which can only ever be a positive. The pace he showed when he outran that defender from about 10 yards behind him was ridiculous.
Machine-like. |

His acceleration is unbelieveable. He goes past defenders like they are not even there! Has a fantastic cross in him as well, can't wait to see him go past Premier League defenders every week!

One can only go by what they have seen, and from what I had seen, I didn't think he would make much of an impact for us. I could of course just have kept quiet and made a generic "He's going to be the best player ever" thus having nothing to lose in the eyes of spastics on the internet - but how is that useful? He's played two games now, and he's been great, using his pace an acceleration just right and never overcomplicates things. Looks like he'll prove me wrong, though still very early to say. Next Giovani Dos Santos will turn out to be the best player since Maradona. |

He was very good, but in the second half he was playing against Thiago Carleto, a young brazillian left back who has been raped by absolutely every opponent he has faced in a Valencia shirt. In the first half it was Mathieu who has a good reputation in France. But then again so did Pascal Cygan.
