Away game applications

Every season I get atleast 2 premier league games when I apply. They are good ones aswell. This season with the amount of people that have withdrawn season tickets and opted out of the carling cup I felt I would get more.

So far zilch.

Text message 10 mins ago:-

Your ticket application for Chelsea away was successful and you have X ticket(s) (total cost £XXX.XX) which will be posted out within 10 days.

The X's was like that. I have not edited the text.

I'm like*

* and then*

A min later I get

Sorry - your ticket application for Chelsea was unsuccessful. If any more tickets become available we will randomly select and call unsuccessful applicants.

nice one ticket office. Is it a Friday the 13th stunt or just want to piss me off for the weekend.

I give up with them.

Update.

New text message:-

Sorry - you may have received two text messages in error relating to Chelsea away. We can confirm that your ticket application for Chelsea was unsuccessful. If any more tickets become available we will randomly select and call unsuccessful applicants. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Nope same happened to us! Typical balls up from united when it comes to ticketing.

Well it makes me feel abit better knowing they did it to everyone. I'm still pissed off though.

Just one ticket is all I ask. It's not like I'm asking for a champions league final ticket....oh wait!
