Beckham for Nobel Peace Prize ?

Deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for his services to football alone. Either that or a few pints off Keano and Jaap Stam. Maybe he has a future heading the United Nations ?

Didn't see what Becks did to deserve that or the pints. But it made me miss Keano. Who was our latest player to be sent off? My guess would be either Ronney or the prancing pony?

Beckham probably saved Keane from a prison sentence on at least one occasion and Stam was about to do serious damage aswell.

Had 3 reds last season, Ronaldo, Kuschack and Nani.

I agree Becks to given a noble prize, others few of them would be missing legs, arms and head as well.

Last year I would have said no, but after the debacle that saw Al Gore win one I reackon Beckham is probably a good bet.

Keane would have knocked Shearer out.

So why didn't he do it? Rather than just bitch slap him? It's a red card either way.

Shearer stood his ground, completely in control of himself, barely flinching at the sight of Roy Keane. Perhaps I am not seeing the obvious, but I hardly construe that as 'shitting it'.

If nani hadn't been a twat and got sent off we were gonna go on and beat them by 5 or 6! glad we managed another from Carrick with 10 men though
