CL Final: ITV or Sky?

For those of us not fortunate enough to make the trip to Moscow, which coverage will you be watching?

General build-up and punditry seems better on Sky, but as far as commentary goes, I'll never be able to forget Clive Tydlesley in 99, although David Pleat's a moron so it kind of balances out.

Not sure at the moment, so what's it to be?

Unless i win the lottery within the next 2 weeks then i'll be watching the build up on Sky, but then over to ITV for the match.

ITV seems to work in our favour... not that i'm supersticious or anything.

ITV screwed up the post-game broadcast back in 1999 with badly timed commercial breaks.

Yup, same here, unless I make it up to Manchester for it, in which case I'll be watching it on whatever channel the Bishops is showing it on.

Spot on.

I would rather not hear bias commentary come out of Andy Gray's mouth either.

They'll spend at least 20minutes going on about how if Ronaldo doesn't do it now, he'll be consigned to poof ball status forever, and then he'll score a hattrick, probably.

I imagine they'll have to eat their words regarding Ferguson as well, the twats.

Enjoying seeing Giles, Chippy and Bantered sausage admitting that Arsenal have no balls over the last couple of matches, though.

my brother was telling me about that. Siad Dunphy had a grin on him the size of his last credit card bill. sounded hilarious.

Chippy's a humourless ol fella anyway.

Thats a good point actually, is Red Clive definitly doing it? Hopefully Jim Beglin as well. If that cunt Townsend is on, forget it.

Sky, I don't like the commentators on ITV. It could be David Pleat who still pronounces Henry as the english first name.

That would be a very brave decision in making the Champions league final only available to Sky viewers.

It'll definetly be Tydsley, hes a United fan he would probably threaten to kill himself if he didnt get commentary for that.
