I'm 19 and have been to a few games on my own from London. The first time it's a bit daunting, but it's nothing really. Join your local United branch and travel with them that'll be even better. You're watching the game with 75000 other people which makes it amazing.

Last time I heard Paddy and Fergie speak it was at the 10-year IMUSA do. Fergie was saying how great IMUSA were.

How times change eh? Still, he who pays the piper calls the tune.

Technically this is also my fault though, I had you down for a game I eventually couldn't get to myself

I was a little nervous first time I met up with a load of random interneters, most of them bigger and fatter than me... no reason, tis sound

I won't be making this function sadly, but am at the West Ham game

There's no need for any folk to be on their own..

If anyone is coming the game, come and meet up with us all, simply buy me a pint.. and you are with good friends...

As you know, I've not left a game early since 1992 (I was 16, rash and very very upset at us blowing the league).

That West Ham game, however, I stood and applauded the lads off the pitch as I always do. It's called supporting your team.

If Hectic does it then I'll give it serious consideration.

Anyway, fuck me it's bedtime.

I'd love to go to this, but I'd also like to get to one of the remaining home games this season and I can't afford both, so although I'd love to meet Paddy I'll have to pass.

It's the added expense though that's the problem, it's another ticket that I can't afford right now, got bills coming out of my fecking ears right now. Plus I'm hoping for an Arsenal ticket first if I can swing one. Shame, I love Paddy.

A certain confusion between homosexuality and crossdressing here, but also some evidence of rhyme and metre, so I give myself 5/10.

I can assure any of you that wish to attend, that you'll all be made welcome. There are no cliques or anything like that. This year there are tables from other Forums - 606 Sub, Red News, United Lounge, MUST, and looking at the interest here - hopefully Red Cafe. It is a great night and at the end of the day, we're all part of the United family. It's the end of the season and hopefully we'll have retained the title by then, and like last season, the Dinner will be a celebration bash.

Paddy is a great lad and for those persons who have never met him, he is as down to earth as you can get and has time for evrybody. I also have a very special guest attending although I don't want to elabourate on him yet. He has a big connection with Munich, and I am greatly honoured that he has accepted my invitation.

On each table there will be some prints of former United players drawn by a fairly well known artist. These prints will go home with two lucky people off each table. There is also an original framed drawing of Duncan Edwards signed by the artist as one of the raffle prizes, plus there will be a couple of signed shirts, some signed copies of Paddy's book "Never Turn the Other Cheek", and hopefully a signed ball, as well as other prizes.

If you are definitely intending on attending, please PM me so that I can reserve your place, and also let me know your menu choices.

Thanks guys - look forward to seeing and meeting a good few of you.
