He sort of did actually. He scored one. He had one wrongly disallowed (or had the ball at feet 30cm from the open goal when play stopped). Should've had a penalty (not that he would've dispatched it himself though). And then he would've been through on goal had Thioune released the ball earlier, surely another goal there. And then he could've scored but decided to set up a team mate instead (who missed). I count five goals.

More I think about it I think this transfer can turn out to be a good one.

I base that on the fact that Mame seems so cool-headed and humble in relation to the chance he has been given. Also I like the fact that he can stay in Norway until Christmas, where he is given time and peace to work on what needs improving.

The physique of the boy is great too. Has a fantastic leap on him and is fast as well.

And Senegal haven't qualified for the ACN next year. They got knocked out in 2nd qualifying I think.

Thanks for the info guys.. So things are definitely looking good for him.. However it would have been good if Senegal made it to the ACN and he was in the squad.. Anyway them not being there only means he has more time with us (to settle in) if he gets a work permit, the chances of him getting one too has improved since he is on the brink of a senior team call-up..
