I don't think he's particularly racist, he's not exactly KKK. But, I do believe he was trying to wind Evra up and he made a reference to his skin colour to gain an advantage on the pitch.

Most don't believe Suarez is racist, he said those things to provoke a reaction from Evra. This was the conclusion of the inquiry.
However its hard to argue that many of those scouse responses don't come from a place of, at best ignorance, and at worst racism. And that's ignoring the Munich mentions which are even more bizarre than they are offensive in this context. |

How do they not understand that no-one is saying Suarez is not inherintly (sic) racist? They're saying he used what could be construed as a racist word at Evra, he's even admitted using the bloody word so what are they doing!
