Any harsh or scathing criticsm of Hargreaves is way too premature, regardless of his career history. Anyone that's had such a stop-start beginning to life at a new club needs to be afforded time to settle down. I don't even think he's played that badly, however I don't think he and Carrick make for a suitable pairing. Anyone who can't see what this guy can potentially bring to this team once he's properly settled must be blind!

You just said he was shite, not me. He'll come good, but hes not playing well, is injury prone and was bought for a shocking fee. That's all.

None of those are lies, like "He hasn't lost the ball"

and its all completely relevant. And you'll find most of those who haven't been impressed with him already know what he's won in his career for other clubs.

carrick was bought at a shocking fee. don't matter. yes they were overpriced but thats the reality of the transfer market especially for english clubs and english players. we got both of them so be happy.
