Sorry but Ronaldo is gone. Get rid of him. If he wanted to stay he would say so and put this sory to bed. Fergie has got rid of Ince, Kanchelskis, Stam, Nistelrooy, Beckham etc and look at us know, fuck him off

Going to be a world class footballer is Anderson, love the way he settled into the team last season, what he gives us is the complete midfield player. He can tackle, run at people, pass the ball both short and long distances and his football brain is excellent for one so young. Its going to be brilliant if he continues to develop and I am sure with Ferguson in charge he will do that and fufil his massive potential.

We should always fight to keep our best players with most of those mentioned Ferguson had already decided to get rid. Plus Ronaldo is certainly worth fighting for.

Anderson is going to be our best midfield next season and for the next 10 seasons.

Remember his run vs Villa? Fucking wank-worthy
that was the key really. If you had told me that a newly signed 19yo CM would do that, I would have laughed at them. Particularly at a time when Hargreaves was injured, Carrick wasn't playing great. If he hadn't held that position down as well as he did, we might have lost valuable points

Two of the best passes I saw last season were by him:

One against Wigan to Ronaldo and the other against Lyon to Ronaldo.

Review: Anderson

Review: Anderson

Quote:
The highest new entry in United’s Terrace Anthems chart is undoubtedly 'Viva Ronaldo', but it’s testament to the immediate impact of Anderson that his Agadoo-inspired chant runs it a close second.

The young Brazilian arrived from Portugal with a growing reputation, but a lack of first-team experience at the top level. “Another one for the future,” we thought. “Who is he anyway?” others questioned. We soon found out.

His debut was delayed because of his involvement in 2007's Copa America, and his overall fitness wasn’t great after spending nine months of the previous season at Porto sidelined with a broken leg. He finally made his bow a month into the campaign, at home to Sunderland. Fans who had eagerly watched clips of him in action for Gremio and Porto on the internet might have expected a silky showboater, given the ‘new Ronaldinho’ tag from pundits. Instead, we witnessed a disciplined midfielder not afraid to get stuck in, but with an eye for a pinpoint defence-splitting pass.

His next start came in the disastrous Carling Cup defeat against Coventry, but as autumn turned to winter, Anderson’s true colours shone through. He was one of the stars of the 4-0 win over Wigan in October and was simply outstanding in United’s 2-2 draw at the Emirates in November, refusing to be bullied by Cesc Fabregas. His willingness to mix it with the game’s biggest names was again apparent at Anfield in December, when a lion-hearted display against Steven Gerrard was one of the game’s major talking points.

Unfortunately for Rafa Benitez, Anderson was playing against less than a whole team when Liverpool returned to Old Trafford in March. The hotheaded Javier Mascherano lost the plot and was sent off during the first half, but only after United had gone one up and dominated proceedings, with 'Ando' excelling in the middle of the park.

We are clearly in possession of a big-game player who revels in derby atmospheres. “I was aware of how important games against Liverpool are, even when I was in Portugal,” he admitted. “I really enjoyed the match at Anfield – the atmosphere and the determination both sides had to win was unbelievable.”

So, Anderson Luís de Abreu Oliveira (to give him his full title) can look back on a debut season in Manchester full of positives, and consider his development well ahead of schedule. When he adds goals to his game he’ll be unstoppable. A new cult hero has arrived…
