Yes, it would be very good for his development. I am afraid that coming from the Greek league to Manchester United will be to big a step. Why not loan him out for half a season to see how he gets on in La Liga? I think it's a splendid idea. Are we still linked with Aldo Duscher

With the Black Pele in the side I could even see a World Cup win.

Great Big Pele, you mean.

As for Deportivo La Coruna, well, it's nice to have options.

Didn't we sign him before the African Cup of Nations?

A good option if Depor want him for a loan rather than some unknown 2nd division team from a lesser football league, but I hope for gods sakes that he will get that work permit for next season.

But still it'd be a good move for him if we don't get the work permit for him

Next up, Angola travel to Niger on Saturday. 8pm GMT kickoff. Hopefully he will have recovered from his injury.

Niger 1 : 2 Angola

Angola are off to a good start toward qualifying for their second consecutive World Cup, but Manucho again played no part, not even on the substitutes' bench. Injury must still be bothering him. Next up is Uganda (away) on June 14, Uganda (home) on June 22, then a break until September.

Although before that happens, he'll have a chance to impress the coaching staff in preseason training, and on our African tour.

Cranes humiliate Angola with 3-1 win

Uganda 3:1 Angola. The Pedro Negros, in some sort of shambles after making the trip to Kampala without first team players Manucho and Gilberto, revealed rough edges right from the start. They conceded two consecutive corners before succumbing to the first goal, brutally executed by Eugene Sseppuuya on seven minutes after being set-up by David Obua.

Sunday Vision online: Uganda's leading weekly
With Manucho out again through injury, Angola slump to defeat away to Uganda. Angola, Uganda and Benin now joint top of their 4-team group after three matches, on 6 points, with 3 games remaining.

No truth to the rumor that Eugene Sseppuuya is a summer target for Carlos Quueiirrozz.

A disappointing scoreless draw at home today for Angola vs Uganda. Manucho did not even make the bench, as he is apparently still injured. Angola now joint second in their WC qualifying group, although victories over Niger and leaders Benin in September and October could see them win the group. But no further opportunities for Manucho to play for the national side until then.

The better news, however, is that South Africa's Kick Off magazine has joined the list of publications reporting the "cerebral hemorrhage" story as fact. Marvelous work, wish I could remember who gets credit for it.

Rush out and get a copy before it is sold out, and you will read the most amazing story ever. You will discover how a carpet salesman playing in Angola’s third division came to be a Man United player.

"I simply went to bed, feeling fine, and did not wake up until three weeks later in a hospital 200 kilometres away from where I fell asleep!"

Read how Manucho suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and became a world-beating striker as a result!

So is there any chance of him getting a work permit?

He seems to be injured a bit also, doesn't he?

Well he should be, if he's to replace Saha.
