They will get one
It has been done before

Uniteds secretary ( cant remember his name ) has confirmed the request has been made and he does not expect a problem because it has been done several times in the past

The rules are clear from the start 10, and it is.

Getting a medal doesn't mean anything, if you win it as the big boys, no medal will take away your name from the history.

If you're not in it, no medal will put your name in the history book either.
So answer me this hypothetical question . . .

No.2 goalkeeper doesn't play all season until the Champions League Final, during which, No.2 goalkeeper makes fantastic saves and keeps his team in the game. He then wins them the match by making two saves in the penalty shoot-out.

Does he deserve a medal?

Did you contribute? Did you make a difference?

You don't get a medal! Thats a shit rule.
A league is won over a period of 38 games.

So no he still doesn't get one!

I still cannot understand why you are against your own club's player getting a medal. Why would it make you sad?

And the 10 game rule is fcking bollox. If Pique has played 9 games means he has played a small part for us.He even started the Arsenal game.

PIG clearly should get one because he is our 2nd keeper.Without him who would you have put in goal?

Anyways I would be fcking happy if our player wins something.Medal or anything.

And its not like we are asking a medal for Eagles or Welbecl who have been on the bench.

The 10 game rule is not bollocks it's a standard that has been set in order for a player to qualify for one.

Having a winners medal carries prestige. It means you helped your team, via a set of criteria issued by the premier league, to win the championship.

I still don't understand why PIG clearly deserves one.

No. Officially he does not.

If we lose stupidly to Wigan, and Chelsea nick the title, do we still win the leaque on the basis that we contribute and play better football?

Sorry, if he does makes that 2 saves, history will remember him as the man without medal who won the leaque.

That'll be all.

If by saying that a contribution is a contribution, every player who sets foot in the pitch is contributing, we can say that since we won with 2 points difference, than any sub we bring is indeed influential, since without them it can go either way.

Plus, every team got extra medal to hand to whoever they think deserves it.

PS: also in addition, if indeed PIG make that 2 saves, and he got the medal, wouldn't it be fair to the others who didn't make that glamorous 2 saves and 10 games to have got no medal ?

This will be and endless circle.

Thats true and each one of those games is as important as the next.

However there are pivitol points in games that effect the outcome.
And the differences in Champions and Runners up can be (like this season) a rather fine line.

If you play in one game of the season you should get a medal.
