Nobody guaranteed a cup seat anymore?

So, just checking through the T&Cs of my new permanent season ticket and guess what... there's that clause from last year's One Year ticket:

"12. Due to competition rules... some season ticket holders may not secure tickets for all of the club's home cup matches. The purchase of a season ticket does not afford any guarantee of obtaining any tickets for a home cup match"

Has this always been in the T&Cs for permanents, or is it new?

Back to the ballot come Euro semi-finals or FA cup matches against big teams...

What queue was this then, the queue to replace one year season tickets with permanent season tickets?

think they have to write that in now tho...

last year they didnt give one year holders big match tickets because the relocated full holders to our seats.

Well if they do away with the one year tickets then some full holders wont get a ticket but they would surley be south and north stand holders whos tickets get given to uefa

Yep, the queue to replace one year season tickets with permanent season tickets which turn out to be the same as one year season tickets.

I guess. I was kind of under the impression that by getting rid of 1 years they were moving to having the correct number of full STs that they can always acomodate, this getting rid of this farce, and would go back to filling the rest of the ground with members...

Maybe they have stuck that in there to cover their backs with Uefa and the PL for when they have to move the Cl and FA Cup games around.

Hopefully they wont need to action it or is that just wishful thinking?

I'd hope so - can only affect a small minority if they do.

What sections didn't recieve cup tickets last season, and which sections have to move location because of Uefa restrictions to allow additional advertising space?

Was a bit random - I got shunted from quite far back in Stretty 2, where no Uefa suits going to want to be, to East Upper. Guy next to me ended up in one of the quads, or maybe North3.

they relocated people from south and north into stretty to accomodate uefa officials for champs league....and from east for the arsenal game.

the reallocatiion came at the expence of 1 year holders. As there prob wont be one year holders this season, if we get say arsenal in cup again then some of the east stand will lose there seats to away fans as we have to give around 12k to them.

those are the people who will not be guaranteed a ticket imo as we are equal this season

It's new for permanent season ticket holders - they used to just have small print saying you weren't guaranteed the same seat for cup games.

Oh, yet another thing for the cunts running our club to get sued over.
